Season 2 Spoilers And Trailers For Tian Gu Ci Fu

TGCF Season 2 just got a trailer and a preview, and fans are delighted to see Hua Cheng, the Ghost Town’s king, where Xie Lian creeps in with the Wind God to investigate a case.

San Lang and Xie Lian previously received a special episode, the 12th episode. The dynamics of their relationship and their mysterious past reveals in this episode.

On the other hand, Emperor Pei is suspicious of San Lang’s actions, and he and the Prince presume him to be an associate of the King of Ghosts, Hua Cheng.

In the meantime, Xie Lian, the Crown Prince, obtains declarations to investigate the case, and he travels to the Ghost City with the Wind God, who can change his gender easily.

Xie Lian encounters numerous ghosts and weirdos in the area, which leads him to a mysterious man under the Veil, who he later recognizes as Hua Cheng.

Hua Cheng was once a young child whose life was saved 800 years ago by Xie Lian. Hua Cheng was abused as a child and suffered numerous misfortunes due to one of the disasters, White No Face.

At age 10, he ascended the fences when he participated in the God-pleasing Event’s Parade in the Xian Le kingdom.

He had intended to jump and kill himself, halting the parade and drawing attention to the kingdom’s disaster, and dragging the Xianle Kingdom off with him as the last act of revenge.

How the story unfolds

Hua Cheng regularly looked after and lived in the Crown Prince’s shrine three years after Xie Lian’s first ascension.

God’s statue was going to hold a white clay flower, but it broke off, so he would tuck in a new white flower every day. He was frequently evicted from his home so that he would spend his days without food in the Prince’s shrine.

Lian was repeatedly cast into invisibility and attempted to force the young boy to eat the offering fruit. On the other hand, Hua Cheng would instead go hungry than eat Xie Lian’s offering.

Xie Lian inquired of the Crown Prince as to why he should live. Xie Lian defied Heaven’s rule by responding to the young boy. Hua Cheng gained inspiration from his words and ate the offering fruits before taking the crimson umbrella he still wears after 800 years.

What more to know?

Hua Cheng confronted the 33 gods who had chased Xie Lian away from the spiritual mountain as a Ghost King, having defeated 31 of them now and starting to cause them to lose their spiritual powers. The other two gods declined the challenge and went on to work for Xie Lian as Heavenly Officials.

Even though Hua Cheng is one of the most attractive men in the novel and the manhua, he sees himself as permanently scarred. He believes he doesn’t deserve Xie Lian because of his past trauma.

MXTX, the author, confirmed this in an interview, saying that others frequently called Hua Cheng an ugly beast as a child because of his heterochromia. Heterochromia is a situation in which the iris colors of both eyes are different.

He started to believe that he was not so ugly while growing in power, but his inferiority remained, and he would still feel inadequate across from his crush, Xie Lian.

Heaven Official’s Blessing: Is It Worth Watching?

The show, also recognized as Tian Guan Ci Fu, is an original series based on a novel of the same name penned by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu, the same author who wrote The Untamed, a live-action drama.

Heaven Official’s Blessing is a beautiful mix of mythology, romance, and mystery that appeals to many readers. The way those three elements interact creates a story that is both epic in scope and deeply personal and human.

Heaven Official’s Blessing is a Xianxia novel, as are all of this author’s works. Xianxia is a Chinese fantasy genre that combines many aspects of Taoism and Chinese mythology to create a pseudo-historical fantasy.

The Blessing of Heaven Officials takes place in a lively and vibrant environment. It borrows heavily from Taoism and Chinese mythology as part of the Xianxia genre.

The “cultivators,” such as exorcists with swords, roamed the world, squashing evil. Also, cultivating their spiritual power is a staple of the genre in the hopes of becoming immortal.

As a result, this is a world full of gods and ghosts. And, as the title suggests, we’re primarily concerned with the pantheon of gods that make up Heaven Official’s Blessing.

Final thoughts

Heaven Official’s Blessing Season 2 first official trailer is out, featuring some of the upcoming conflicts that fans can expect to see in the new season.

Bilibili unveiled some brand-new art for the series and the new trailer. However, the TGCF Season 2 release date has not been specified yet.

The Chinese animation series Heaven Official’s Blessing comes from the same-named Chinese novel. The first season, which lasted 11 episodes, released on Bilibili and Funimation in October 2020.

Although there isn’t much information about the second season, the team behind the Donghua began filming it earlier this year.

The official synopsis of the Heaven Official’s Blessing Season 2 series reads, “Xie Lian was indeed the Crown Prince of the Xian Le kingdom 800 years prior.”

“People adored him and called him the world’s darling.” He ascended to the Heavens at a young age but was quickly consigned to the mortal realm due to unfortunate circumstances. Years later, he ascends again–only to be banished just a few minutes later.”
